begun in 1986 and incorporated in 1989. Owned by Leah Olivarri, the firm specializes in
strategic planning, public involvement/outreach, organizational analyses,
intergovernmental relations, and socioeconomic research for public entities and private
concerns. |

| The firm has worked on numerous projects in diverse communities.
Many of these projects had considerable public interest and the potential for becoming
controversial. The firm has successfully completed projects for a range of clients
including private companies, state agencies, the Governor’s Office of Texas, ports,
